You keep thinking to yourself. I have SO much stuff piling up around here, I should sell it in a garage sale.
But what if you sold it online? My wife and I have been cleaning out our house of items we don’t use, by selling online!

With an online sale you could maximize your profits. And make good money one item at a time, or for that matter with multiple items sold as a lot! Presto.

Here’s how:
Please note, this is a general guide for how to get started, for those of you who are scared.

What you need:

1. A paypal account – http://www.paypal.com
2. An ebay account – http://www.ebay.com – Each of these has an easy sign up process. SO go sign up, and book mark this and return to it once you have those done.
3. Items to sell.
4. A digital camera to take images of the product or items.

Once you have good pictures of the items, and have selected a good starting price, log in to ebay. Also in the wizard that comes with the listing want to select a buy now option, make sure you put in a good price and a reasonable buy now.

This will allow you to get the money quickly if you don’t want to wait for the auction to end. Then select a shorter auction period. Just use the prompts in the wizards to create a shipping cost. (Usually a basic mail option and a fast mail works good.)

Then, fill in the details, if you want to spice up your auction, you can add a picture to display in the listing, this gets better results but costs a small portion, you can sell things without a picture but is sure helps.

Now once you list your items, and finish the process. When it comes to the payment options choose the paypal option so that you can get your money. Then keep an eye on what sales works well. Many times you can find hot items at garage sales, pawn shops etc and resell them on ebay. And make a lot of money, or just clear out your garage of clutter.
